The authorised share capital of the Company and the Group is 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").
As at 29 February 2012 the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 199,759,576. No Ordinary Shares are currently held as treasury shares and there are currently no restrictions on the transfer of Ordinary Shares.
All of the Company's Ordinary Shares are in public hands, except for those held by the Directors and their related parties, which amount to a total of 3,937,000 or 2.0% of current issued share capital.
